The Orlando Convention and Visitors Center estimates that it would take over two full months to visit all the attractions of Orlando. Your condominium will be a part of top-quality resort operations in the heart of the world’s most popular playground. Your ownership under Florida law gives you the right to use and do as you please with your unit other than the use as a full-time permanent residence. You will become a member of the Condominium Association, which will manage and maintain the property in exchange for a monthly fee from each unit owner.

Resort Rental Program
Cane Island is a planned, gated condo community approximately 3 miles from the main gate entrance of Disney. This community will have a 3500 to 5000 sq. foot club house with the pool and deck overlooking the lake. There will be 124 - 2 bedroom/2 bath units, 108 - 3 bedroom/2 bath units and 28 - 4 bedroom/2 bath units. There will be nine buildings, 6 on the
pond and 3 overlooking a wooded area. There will be a wall around the entire development, creating a special resort area.

Employees with years of experience in resort management will be the on-site management company. The property will be marketed nationally and internationally. NEW HORIZONS CONCIERGE SERVICES will manage all bookings and reservations; as well as, housekeeping and maintenance. Most importantly, they will provide the care and attention that our owners expect and deserve. Details of the management services and charges will be available with the condo documents provided with the sales and purchase agreement.
