Parkway Palms Resort

Rental Program

Owners at the Parkway Palms Resort
will have an opportunity to participate in a rental program in which they receive 80%
of any revenue their unit generates. This is one of the highest rental splits in favor of the owner of any condo hotel in Florida. In addition, for those people interested in a 1031 Exchange, this property offers the benefit of immediate availability.

Development

Eventually two new buildings will be constructed and added to the development. Those buildings will each contain 36 units. Estimated completion is March 2006.

Amenities

Amenities at the buildings now available include two pools, a breakfast bar, exercise room and free parking.
